Skinny Shot Wellness may offer access to prescription services. Providers may prescribe medications if clinically appropriate. Prescriptions may be filled through affiliated pharmacies, and you agree that Skinny Shot Wellness may facilitate the transfer of prescription information between Providers and pharmacies as necessary.
V. Membership and Subscriptions
By creating an account on our Platform, you may enroll in one of our subscription plans, which include various services such as consultations, prescription management, and customer support. Membership fees are subject to change, and you will be billed accordingly unless you cancel your subscription as outlined in our cancellation policy.
VI. Independent Medical Judgment
Skinny Shot Wellness does not provide medical services and is not licensed to practice medicine. Providers use their professional judgment to determine appropriate treatment. Skinny Shot Wellness is not responsible for any healthcare services you receive, nor does it guarantee the success or efficacy of any prescribed treatment.
VII. Payment and Refunds
You are responsible for all fees related to the Services, including telehealth consultations and prescriptions. Payments are processed via third-party payment processors, and Skinny Shot Wellness does not store credit card information. If you cancel your membership within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund. See our refund policy for more details.
VIII. Privacy

IX. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes or claims related to your use of the Platform or Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Arbitration will be conducted in your state of residence, and both parties will bear their own legal costs.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
